Purpose of Expression of InterestSubmission of an Expression of Interest (EOI) is for planning and program development purposes only and does not constitute a confirmed entry into the Frangipani Challenge.
EligibilityEOIs are open to calisthenics clubs affiliated with a calisthenics governing body in Australia. Teams should consist of particiants at a club that is considered to be at novice or development level in their state or territory.
Non-Binding RegistrationSubmission of an EOI does not guarantee acceptance or allocation of a performance place in the event. Final acceptance of teams will be confirmed by NTCA following review of EOIs and event capacity.
Team CompositionClubs submitting an EOI should provide an estimated number of participants and age group. Final team composition will be confirmed at the time of formal event entry.
Event FormatNTCA reserves the right to determine the final format, schedule and performance guidelines for the Frangipani Challenge based on the number of EOIs received and operational considerations.
Entry ConfirmationClubs whose EOIs are accepted will be invited to complete a formal entry process, including submission of team details, payment of any applicable entry fees and agreement to event rules and regulations.
Participant RequirementsAll participants must:
Be registered members of an affiliated club in their state or territory, and
Comply with relevant membership, safeguarding and working with children requirements where applicable.
Event Rules and ConductAll teams, coaches and participants must comply with:
NTCA policies and procedures
Event participation guidelines issued by NTCA
Appropriate standards of behaviour, safety and sportsmanship.
Changes or CancellationNTCA reserves the right to modify event arrangements, participation limits, or cancel the event if required due to operational, safety or unforeseen circumstances.
Information AccuracyClubs are responsible for ensuring that information submitted in the EOI is accurate and submitted by an authorised club representative.
PrivacyInformation collected through the EOI process will be used solely for event planning, communication and administration purposes in accordance with NTCA privacy practices.
