Age Groups

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - AGE GROUPS ARE CHANGING, TAKING EFFECT FROM JAN 2014

HOWEVER, CURRENTLY FOR 2013:-

Age Groups are determined by the competitors age on the 31st December of the year of Competition and are as follows:

• Tinies/Minis
  ages 3 to 6 years
• Sub-Juniors
  ages 7 to 9 years
• Juniors
  ages 10 to 12 years
• Intermediates
  ages 13 to 16 years
• Seniors
  over 16 years of age

There are four competitive age groups offered in Northern Territory Competitions.  There is currently no Tinies / Minis Competition offered in the NT however this is currently under review by the NTCA. Seniors Competition is offered in circumstances when there are sufficient Senior Teams registered in NT.
